Amy Winehouse is determined to attend the Grammy's. This is further strengthen by the fact that she left rehab briefly to go to the American Embassy in London for her visa application.
Amy's dad, Mitch, and a nurse accompanies to 'Rehab' singer. She had been spotted sporting a white skirt, polka dot top and her trademark beehive hair.
The 24-year-old has been really looking forward to attending the music industry's award show on February 10 in Los Angeles. She had cut her rehab stint for a day to obtain the much-needed visa for the trip.
"The appointment at the U.S. Embassy was made some time ago and was part of process for obtaining a visa," her rep says. "Amy was accompanied by a nurse as the appointment was under supervision. She has not left rehab and remains under the care of the clinic."
That is not the first time Amy left rehab. She had been admitted to a clinic in London to rehydrate and stayed there overnight.
The hitmaker is nominated for 6 Grammys, including her chart-topping album, Back To Black, for the album of the year category.
