Amy Winehouse may scrap the first week of her U.K. tour to be by her husband's side when he appears at court.

The troubled "Rehab" singer was set to kick-off her tour in Manchester on November 12, but that is the same date Blake Fielder-Civil is due at a London court on a grievous bodily harm (GBH) charge and Amy is determined to be a supportive wife.

A source told Britain's The Sun newspaper, "Blake comes first in Amy's life - everything else comes second, including her career. She doesn't care that she has a gig that night. Nothing is going to stop her being in court with him. They plan to spend a week holed up together to prepare for the worst."

Amy's father Mitch fears his daughter will not be able to cope if her husband is found guilty of attacking a London pub landlady, a charge Blake strongly denies.

The source added, "Her family are so worried she won't be able to cope if the worst happens. Mitch has said he wanted to get Amy away from Blake in the past - but he knows this would break her heart. We just hope she doesn't have another breakdown."

This will not be the first time Amy, 24, has canceled shows for personal reasons.

In August, she postponed her North America tour and called off further European dates to allow her time to recover after collapsing from a drugs overdose earlier that month.

In July, Amy upset fans when she was seen drinking hours after pulling out of a Liverpool show.
