Actor Alec Baldwin is set to return to court to continue his bitter custody battle with ex-wife Kim Basinger, whom he has accused of structuring her schedule to obstruct his visits with their 10-year-old daughter, Ireland.
Alec is fighting for an enforcement of a court order granting him "make-up time" for visitation days he has lost while starring in the play "Entertaining Mr. Sloane." The show, which closes later this month, has left Alec hardly any time to spend with Ireland, and now the actor is desperate to compensate. He insists his wife of nine years is making it difficult for him to set dates.
