John Barrowman loves having Botox.
The 'Torchwood' star admits he regularly has the injections to smooth out his wrinkles, but is careful not to go overboard.
The 41-year-old actor said: "I've had Botox. I don't swear by it, but I've tried it and I think it's quite good. The key is not to do the forehead. Men need forehead lines and doing the forehead makes you look like Nicole Kidman! If you're going to do anything, just do it around the eyes. That's all men need."
"I can still smile and look expressive. Nobody knows that I've had it done. Well, they do now!"
The 'I'd Do Anything' judge also said he would consider having plastic surgery in the future.
He added to Britain's New! magazine: "I'm not a surgery phobe. If I decide I need it, I definitely will do it. I believe that if something makes you feel good, then you should do it."
"But my regime at the minute is shaving, and then rinse with cold water. I use moisturizer not aftershave, and I never touch my face with my fingers."
