It seems like acting is all in the family for the children of Will and Jada Smith, not only did their son Jaden, 9, make his acting debut alongside dad in "The Pursuit of Happyness," but now daughter Willow, 7, has followed suite with her role in the new film "I am Legend."
Willow makes her acting debut in the film and plays Marley, the daughter of Will Smith's character.
"She has a drive," Smith told PEOPLE magazine. "She has an energy and she just connects to human emotion. I think a big part was probably [seeing] Jaden after "The Pursuit of Happyness". She saw what Jaden did, and she was like, 'I want that.'"
With four actors in the family the Smith parents may soon have to deal with competing levels of fame, although Smith is assured their different acting styles should keep tensions to a minimum.
"Jaden is [like] Johnny Depp. He just wants to do good work... He just loves acting, he just wants to make good movies," Smith said. "And Willow is Paris Hilton. Willow wants to be on TV."
Willow may have celebrity parents, but in order to build strong professionalism Will and Jada insist that their children audition for the roles the go after.
"I am Legend" is due in theaters on December 14th.
