50 Cent's son's mom is suing him for attempting to evict them. Shaniqua Tompkins claims the rapper is trying to kick her and their 10-year-old son Marquis from their Long Island home in New York.
According to the court papers filed in Manhattan, the woman accuses the 32-year-old rapper, whose real name is Curtis James Jackson III, of breach of contract. Tompkins says 50 Cent had promised to buy her and Marquis a $2.4 million house. He had put the house under his name.
The former couple lived together for four years until their split in 2001. This is the second time the two had disputed over in court.
Just this February, Tompkins tried to increase 50 Cent's child support payments to $50,000 but the judge ruled for just $6,700 a month.
A source close to the rapper explains his ex-lover and their son lives with her new lover in the house the rapper is paying for. "So he's paying double for housing. She's supposed to be finding separate housing for her new family, and she hasn't, and that's why [they're] in the situation [they're] in."

I myself receive child support from my ex husband, but this is ridiculous. Ofcourse I want my child to be taken care of too, but my ex has to live as well. I know that 50 is a successful rapper, entertainer and CEO, but that is no reason to bleed this man dry. He not only taking care of this woman, HIS SON and her daughter from another relationship, but now he has to take care of YOUR man. If this man cared for her so much, then why can't he put her in her own home. This is a slap in the face and NOT a way for him to control her life. She is a desperate greedy woman. A $2.4 million home and $25,0 a month for child support and he is paying her monthly bills. There is no way she cannot get by on this. What is she doing with her money? She is not working nor is she trying to further herself with an education or seek some sort of trade. She is trying to make the world think he is kicking his son out of his home, come one people. He is asking her to leave, we all know that he is not putting his son in the streets. She has no need to live in a mansion, she can get herself a smaller home for her and her children and pay her own way as well. But let's see how long this man sticks around when 50's money runs out. And being greedy got her $18,300 poorer. Way to go! God knows everyone and she got what she deserves.
